Meet our August Chef

I’m Ben Webb, a 3rd generation baker and chef, born and raised in Albuquerque NM.  For 30 years I’ve been cooking and VIP catering in my beloved hometown. Since youth I’ve been fascinated with global cuisine and unique ingredients and flavors. 

I have spent the last 6+ years happily crafting and overseeing the gelato production at El Cotorro in Nobhill. It has been a wonderful way to get my two daughters interested in the family food tradition.  I am excited and honored to be involved with this collaborative experience of both taste and sound.  Please come join us for food, wine and wonder.
